儿童从进入学校开始的角色重新界定与转换,在当今时代特征下,面临许多新的问题与挑战。基础教育与素质教育的合流,以及学生角色在教师教育教学工作中的重要性日益凸显,也强化了儿童向学生角色转换的必要性与紧迫性。在此背景下,对小学生角色转换及其德育途径进行系统研究,可以提高小学生德育工作的针对性和实效性。
The redefinition and transformation of the role of children from the time they enter school faces many new problems and challenges in today’s time. The combination of basic education and quality education and the growing importance of student roles in teachers’ education and teaching work have also strengthened the necessity and urgency of changing children’s roles to students. In this context, a systematic study of pupil role conversion and moral education can improve the relevance and effectiveness of pupils’ moral education.
