常规色谱分析法得出的油层PVT物性分析数据,若直接应用于原油地面生产装置模拟计算,则其饱和泡点压力偏差为20%,油气比偏差为40%。提出需修正一些物性参数,完善PVT物性数据,以便较准确地确定油层流体组分,获取溶解气含量和残油密度等特性,更有效地应用修正的PVT物性分析数据优化原油生产装置的设计。
PVT physical property analysis data of oil layer obtained by conventional chromatographic analysis, if directly applied to simulation calculation of crude oil ground production device, the pressure deviation of saturated bubble point is 20% and the deviation of oil-gas ratio is 40%. It is proposed that some physical parameters should be corrected, PVT physical properties data should be improved, fluid components of oil layers should be determined more accurately, dissolved gas content and residual oil density should be improved, and the modified PVT physical property data should be used more effectively to optimize the design of crude oil production plant.
