为了得到详细的刨煤机在工作中的应力应变曲线,为刨煤机及刨刀优化提供相关参数,采用ANSYS中的LS-DYNA模块对整个刨煤机的刨煤过程进行计算机仿真模拟。得到了不同结构的刨刀在与煤体接触过程中的应力应变的时间历程曲线,通过对比不同刨刀的受力及破坏形式,提出了优化刨刀的设计方案。
In order to obtain detailed stress-strain curves of plow in operation, to provide relevant parameters for plow and planer optimization, LS-DYNA module in ANSYS was used to simulate the plow process of the entire plow. The time history curves of the stress and strain of the planer with different structures in contact with the coal body are obtained. By comparing the stress and failure modes of the different planer blades, the design scheme of the optimized planing knife is proposed.
