大型黄铜厚壁电极座的铸造工艺,视其结构与量产情况的不同而相异。电极座从结构上可以分为板块状电极座及带腔室电极座。对于前者,若批量生产,可以采用卧置立浇的半金属型铸造工艺;若少量生产,则采用卧置倾斜爬坡浇注的砂型铸造工艺,并按照异形板类铜合金铸件的冒口便捷设计方法来完成冒口的设计。而对于后者,则一般采用卧置立浇的砂型铸造工艺,通过凝固模拟分析技术实现冒口设计的优化。本文根据电极座的不同结构及量产情况,给出了相应的铸造工艺,效果良好,既能保证铸件质量又能获得较高的工艺出品率,还能提高工艺设计效率。
