近年来,测井技术和整个石油工业一样,不论在新技术开发、引进方面,还是在老设备的技术改造方面,都取得了明显的进步,而测井电缆末端联接方式的变化,尤其突出。过去被井口工称之为联接三件宝的“绳套、包布、高压胶”,不久将被淘汰,代之以自锁锥体、鱼雷和接插件。这不但使联接工作标准化,提高了联接工作效率和质量,而且有利于安全生产。但是,老设备、老的生产工艺的改造也并非一帆风顺:往往会出现技术上的或人为的波折。这就需要一方面在实践中逐步摸索经验,来解决使用中出现的各种问题;另一方面多向操作者宣传新工艺的优点,使操作者克服掉“新办法不如老方法干着顺手”的习惯势力。本文根据大港油田几年来研制、使用马笼头电极系过程中的体会,将分别对自锁锥体、鱼雷和电缆的破断拉力谈一些粗浅看法,供同行们参考。

This requires the gradual exploration of the experience on the one hand in practice to solve the various problems that arise during use; on the other hand, the operators are encouraged to advertise the merits of the new process so that operators can overcome the “new approach is not as good as the old one” Habitual power. Based on the experience of Dagang Oilfield in developing and using bridle electrode system for several years, this article will discuss some preliminary opinions about the breaking force of self-locking cone, torpedo and cable separately for reference of peers.
