摘要： 目的：深入探讨临床生化室内质量控制失控的原因及处理方法。方法：运用统计与查找文献资料分析总结质控失控原因和处理方法。结果：临床生化室内质量控制失控的原因有试剂原因46.43%，质控原因17.86%，对照品原因9.05%，人为原因5.71%，仪器原因13.33%，其他原因7.62%；计算因子K值基本处于稳定。结论：加强临床生化室内质量控制，采取相应措施，可有效预防临床失控的发生。 关键词
