陶行知的“教学做”思想注重在实践中进行教和学,从实践中来,最终所教所学都要归于实践。这一点对大学英语口语的教学非常有启示意义。首先对于口语教学的语言环境而言,教育工作者可以创造真实或接近真实的语言环境,如去欧美等国参加冬夏令营或国际会议;在国内与外国友人直接对话;鼓励和组织学生参加各种级别的英语口语大赛;在课堂上尽可能多的营造接近真实的环境等。其二对于口语的“学”而言,学生应注意语言、语用和非语言方面的恰当有效等,从而内外两方面促进学生英语口语能力的提升,以及综合素质的提高。

Second, for oral “learning ”, students should pay attention to the language, pragmatics and non-verbal aspects of the appropriate and effective, so as to promote both students’ ability to improve oral English and improve overall quality.
