以太阳能飞机的典型结构为研究背景,提出复合材料悬臂梁在给定刚度情况下的减重优化问题。优化基于遗传算法,同时考虑到复合材料加工工艺问题。提出了不同截面形状、不同铺层方法下的多种优化方案。基于不同方案的优化结果,对复合材料悬臂梁的设计特性作出总结。通过对比,得出含蜂窝夹层结构的矩形截面梁是最优方案。
Taking the typical structure of a solar aircraft as a research background, a weight reduction optimization problem of a composite cantilever beam with given stiffness is proposed. Optimization based on genetic algorithms, taking into account the processing of composite materials problems. Various optimization schemes with different cross-sectional shapes and different ply methods are proposed. Based on the optimization results of different schemes, the design characteristics of composite cantilever beams are summarized. By contrast, the rectangular cross-section beam with honeycomb sandwich structure is the best solution.
