引言测量高温腐蚀气体或液体的压力是工业过程控制中较普遍的任务,它对压力传感器的稳定性要求极高。传感器的结构和材料必须与腐蚀性介质相容。当工作温度超过一般传感器的极限温度120℃时,不能使用充油的测量头。被测变量作用到用氧化铝制造的膜片上,氧化铝在高温下与腐蚀性介质接触仍能保持弹性变形。贵金属电阻由于具有长时间的稳定性,特别适合工业应用。膜片周边与陶瓷板联接,组成一个陶瓷压力测量头。
Introduction Measuring pressure at high temperature for corrosive gases or liquids is a more prevalent task in industrial process control. It requires extremely high pressure sensor stability. The structure and material of the sensor must be compatible with the corrosive medium. When the operating temperature exceeds the normal temperature limit of the sensor 120 ℃, can not use the oil-filled measuring head. The measured variables act on the diaphragm made of alumina and the alumina remains elastically deformed at high temperatures in contact with the corrosive medium. Precious metal resistors are particularly suitable for industrial applications due to their long term stability.
