目的观察半导体激光联合五官超短波和手法治疗颞下颌关节紊乱病(TMD)的临床疗效。方法选取2014年1月—2016年10月在理疗科就诊颞下颌关节紊乱病患者160例,分为二组,观察组80例,采用半导体激光联合五官超短波和手法治疗;对照组80例,采用五官超短波和手法治疗,二组患者均10次为1个疗程,两个疗程后评价分析治疗效果。结果二组患者最大张口度和咀嚼关节区的疼痛治疗比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率91.25%,对照组总有效率72.5%,观察组明显优于对照组。结论半导体激光联合五官超短波和手法治疗颞下颌关节紊乱病可以提高TMD患者的张口度及咀嚼功能,减轻颞下颌关节及关节周围肌群疼痛,是治疗颞下颌关节紊乱病的有效方法。
Objective To observe the clinical effects of semiconductor laser combined with facial ultrashortwave and hand manipulation in the treatment of temporomandibular disorder (TMD). Methods From January 2014 to October 2016, 160 cases of temporomandibular joint disorder were treated in physiotherapy department. They were divided into two groups, 80 cases in observation group, treated by semiconductor laser combined with facial ultrashortwave and hand manipulation. The control group was treated with 80 cases Facial features ultrashort wave and manual treatment, two groups of patients were 10 times for a course of treatment, evaluation and analysis of two courses of treatment. Results The maximal mouth opening of the two groups was significantly different from that of the chewing joint area (P <0.05). The total effective rate was 91.25% in the observation group and 72.5% in the control group, which was significantly better in the observation group than in the control group. Conclusion The combination of semiconductor laser and facial nerve ultrashortwave and hand manipulation in the treatment of temporomandibular disorder can improve the mouth opening and mastication function of TMD patients and relieve the pain of temporomandibular joint and surrounding muscles. It is an effective method for the treatment of temporomandibular joint disorders.
