目的建立高效液相色谱法同时测定肉制品中胭脂红、诱惑红和赤藓红的分析方法。方法样品经石油醚除脂、酸性水洗脱、乙醇氨解吸后,采用Waters Xbridge C_(18)(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱进行分离,甲醇、0.02 mol/L乙酸铵水溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,二极管阵列检测器254 nm波长检测,外标法定量。结果胭脂红、诱惑红、赤藓红可以有效分离,线性范围均为5~50μg/mL,相关系数均大于0.999,加标回收率为92.82%~96.46%,相对标准偏差为0.97%~3.86%。结论此方法操作简单、快速,适用于肉制品中色素的测定。
Objective To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of carmine, seductive red and erythrosine in meat products by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods The sample was separated by petroleum ether, eluted with acidic water and desorbed by ethanolic ammonia. The sample was separated on a Waters Xbridge C 18 (150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) column. The methanol and 0.02 mol / L ammonium acetate aqueous solution were flowed Phase gradient elution, diode array detector 254 nm wavelength detection, external standard quantitative. Results The results showed that carmine, seductive red and erythrosine could be effectively separated with the linear range of 5 ~ 50μg / mL, the correlation coefficients were all greater than 0.999, the recoveries were 92.82% ~ 96.46%, and the relative standard deviations were 0.97% ~ 3.86% . Conclusion This method is simple, fast and suitable for the determination of pigment in meat products.
