“幼儿成长助教”是幼儿园根据一日活动的要求,有计划地聘请一些有爱心、有专长、热心于幼儿教育的人士,运用自己的职业、经历、兴趣爱好、专业特长及家庭等方面的资源,参与幼儿园的保教工作,协助教师完成保教任务与课程开发,共同促进幼儿身心全面和谐发展的一个相对稳定的组织。为了让更多的家长、社会人士参与到幼儿园的教育教学中来,幼儿园开展“天天都开放,人人是助教”的宣传活动,开辟助教宣传窗和开放式的助教资讯环境,家长会、家访、家园小报等都紧紧围绕“天天都开放,人人是助教”的中心,全园上下营造氛围。然后对全园幼儿家庭中可利用的各类资源进行排摸,并发动家长在自己的社会关系中向幼儿园提供相关信息资源。再是对排摸到的可利用的信息资源进行整合、归类。在此基础上我们总结了几种幼儿成长助教的形式,现列举如下。
