应用高速摄影手段获得了对行星磨料流加工时磨料流运动的感性认识 ,通过对高速摄影结果的定性分析 ,了解了磨料流在离心场中的运动规律 ,确认磨料流在运动过程中 ,其滑移层的运动及前沿界面曲线的变化是影响加工效果的关键因素 .
By means of high-speed photogrammetric method, the perceptual knowledge of abrasive flow during planetary abrasive flow machining was obtained. Through the qualitative analysis of the high-speed photographic results, the movement regularity of abrasive flow in centrifugal field was ascertained. When the abrasive flow was confirmed, The movement of the layer and the change of the curve of the front interface are the key factors that affect the processing effect.
