研究了B类夹杂物的控制技术。高速重轨要求B类夹杂不高于1级,钢水中w(Alt)≤40×10~(-6)。采用无铝脱氧后,熔渣碱度的提高,提高了渣中Al_2O_3的活度,精炼尾期加入大量的硅铁,促进了反应的进行。将熔渣碱度控制在2~3之间,精炼前期加入硅铁,精炼过程中硅铁加入总量控制在300kg以内,可有效控制钢水中w(Alt)的增加。采取措施后,B类夹杂物超标率由2.64%降为0.11%。
The control technology of B type inclusions was studied. High-speed heavy rail requirements Class B inclusion is not higher than 1, molten steel w (Alt) ≤ 40 × 10 -6. Adopting aluminum-free deoxidation, the increase of basicity of slag increases the activity of Al_2O_3 in the slag, and a large amount of ferrosilicon is added in the final stage of refining to promote the reaction. The basicity of slag is controlled between 2 and 3, ferrosilicon is added in the pre-refining stage, and the total amount of ferrosilicon added in the refining process is controlled within 300kg, which can effectively control the increase of w (Alt) in the molten steel. After taking measures, the exceeding standard rate of Class B inclusions was reduced from 2.64% to 0.11%.
