对于放在室内楼板上的大型游艺设备自旋滑车,结构设计面临的最主要的一个问题就是荷载的输入及等效问题,其影响到结构的局部构件设计、结构的整体分析等。在结构设计中,对于此类设备荷载问题,相关规范并没有给出具体方法;本文以某款室内自旋滑车设备为例,采用JYK及MADIS两种软件,进行荷载的输入及等效工作。通过分析表明,板的跨度及长宽比,将影响等效荷载的大小,为类似的结构设计提供相关依据。
One of the most important problems in structural design is the input of load and its equivalent problems for the large-size spinach equipment on the indoor floor, which affects the structural design of local components and the overall structural analysis. In the structural design, no specific method is given for the load of such equipment. In this paper, taking a certain type of indoor spinning pulley equipment as an example, two types of software, JYK and MADIS, are used to carry out load input and equivalent work. The analysis shows that the span and the aspect ratio of the plate will affect the equivalent load size, providing relevant basis for similar structural design.
