目前,我国的中小企业数量已占企业数的90%以上,在我国社会主义市场经济中发挥着重要作用。中小企业的特点是小而灵活,但由于实力有限,人力资源跟不上,管理水平不高,可以说,在某种程度上营销工作成为广大中小企业的发展瓶颈。如何在市场中找到适合自己企业的营销策略,是中小企业遇到的普遍问题。本文就中小企业的营销现状及营销策略发表自己的看法。
