由于概率设计法使设计者在设计阶段就能对产品的性能作出定量和统计的估算,因而引起了各学科设计人员的研究兴趣。目前,这种方法在国外已经从航天工程扩展到各个工业部门,国内也展开了对这一方法的研究。本文仅就装载机工作装置的强度设计问题,介绍此方法的应用。并以柳州工程机械厂生产的Z450铰接式装载机(即ZL50)的工作装置为例,对其动臂的概率设计和常规设计结论加以分析比较。
Due to the probability design method allows designers to make quantitative and statistical estimates of the performance of the product during the design phase, which has aroused the interest of researchers in various disciplines. At present, this method has been extended from aerospace engineering to various industrial departments in foreign countries, and research on this method has also started in China. This article only on the strength of the loader working device design issues, describes the application of this method. Taking the working device of Z450 Articulated Loader (ZL50) produced by Liuzhou Construction Machinery Factory as an example, the probability design and routine design conclusion of its boom are analyzed and compared.
