随着电力体制改革的不断深化,为加强公司财务风险管理,坚持集中管理和分类分层控制相结合,坚持源头管理和过程监控相结合,坚持依法经营和规范运作,防范财务风险发生,确保国有资产保值增值,促进企业持续、健康发展。从目前县级供电企业财务管理的现状来看,仍然存在一些不容忽视的题,结合工作实际,浅谈县级供电企业子公司转为分公司的探索和研究。
