即使将退休管理工作看做是一项政治任务也不为过。煤炭企业退休管理部门政工工作主要面临着:政工工作的强度和政工工作的职能两大挑战。通过对现状进行反思,对策可围绕着:建立适应煤炭企业退休人员特点的政工工作模式;形成与退休职工需求相契合的干部工作内容方式;重视政工工作职能并且合理向政工干部进行授权来展开。
Even taking retirement management as a political task is not an excuse. The political work in the retirement management department of coal enterprises is mainly confronted with two major challenges: the strength of political work and the functions of political work. Through the reflection on the status quo, the countermeasures can revolve around: establishing a political working model that adapts to the characteristics of retired personnel in coal enterprises; forming a cadre work content style that meets the needs of retired staff and workers; attaching importance to the functions of political work and properly empowering political cadres.
