一、前言近年来在国内的一些杂志上先后发表了不少有关管(棒)材矫直机辊型曲线的分析文章。这些文章均力图用简捷明瞭的方法求解全接触辊型曲线,借以改善矫直效果。到目前为止,全接触辊型的求解方法已不下好几种。这些方法大多从垂直辊轴的截面投影上去观察管(棒)材与轧辊的相切关系,进而求出该截面处满足相切条件的轧辊半径。此时若以截面位置为参量,则可沿轧辊长度方向求出一系列的轧辊半径值,由这些半径值所确定的辊型曲线即为全接触辊型。作者把这一类
