本文发现伴随增龄,大鼠脑内DA、NE含量递减,5-HT和5-TⅠAA含量递增,血清中NE含量递增,而DA、5-HT和5-HⅠAA则变化不明显;同时脑内ACh含量下降,ChAT活性亦降低;ChE活性有降低的趋势;MAO活性升高;α、DA和β受体及胆碱能M受体数量有降低趋势,而受体亲和力变化不大。温肾阳中药可有效改善老年大鼠神经递质的代谢,表现为延缓衰老大鼠脑内单胺类递质和胆碱能递质含量下降,提高受体数量并增强神经递质代谢水平。说明温肾阳中药延缓衰老的作用机制与其改善中枢神经系统的功能有关。
This study found that with increasing age, DA, NE content in the rat brain decreased, 5-HT and 5-TIAA content increased, serum NE content increased, while DA, 5-HT and 5-HIAA did not change significantly; while intracerebral ACh content decreased, ChAT activity also decreased; ChE activity decreased; MAO activity increased; α, DA and β receptors and cholinergic M receptors decreased in number, but the receptor affinity changed little. Wen Shen Yang Chinese medicine can effectively improve the metabolism of neurotransmitters in the aged rats, manifested as delaying the aging of rat brain monoamine neurotransmitters and cholinergic transmitter content decreased, increasing the number of receptors and enhance neurotransmitter metabolism. It shows that the mechanism of delaying senility of Wenshenyang traditional Chinese medicine is related to improving the function of the central nervous system.
