采用应力松弛法对模拟轧制变形后HRB500钢筋中钒的析出动力学进行研究。结果表明,在轧后恒温、恒应变的应力松弛曲线上分别出现了两个拐点,分别对应着钒的开始析出点和析出终了点。钒的析出动力学曲线(析出-温度-时间曲线或PTT曲线)呈明显的C形。随轧制变形量的增加,PTT曲线朝左下方移动。当轧制变形量大于0.2时,钒析出孕育期最短的温度为870℃左右,整个析出过程在3 s内完成。用透射电镜对析出相进行了观察。
The stress relaxation method was used to study the precipitation kinetics of vanadium in the HRB500 steel after simulated rolling deformation. The results show that there are two inflection points on the stress relaxation curves after constant temperature and constant strain respectively, which correspond to the starting precipitation point and the final precipitation point respectively. Vanadium precipitation kinetics (precipitation - temperature - time curve or PTT curve) showed a significant C-shaped. As the amount of rolling deformation increases, the PTT curve moves to the lower left. When the rolling deformation is greater than 0.2, the shortest temperature during precipitation of vanadium is about 870 ℃, and the whole precipitation process is completed within 3 s. The precipitates were observed by transmission electron microscopy.
