均相反应的反应速度较快 ,产率较高 ,但产物分离比较困难 ;非均相反应产物分离比较容易 ,但产率较低 ,利用氟相技术 ,即氟相 -有机相液液两相体系的技术 ,使试剂、催化剂溶解于一相中 ,而产物在另一相中生成 ,从而可以解决一些矛盾。这一技术利用的是具有高氟化基团化合物的特性 :它们会优先溶解于含氟的溶剂中 ,从而可以用含氟溶剂将高氟化的化合物从有机反应混合物中萃取出来。本文介绍氟相技术在催化及合成中的应用
Homogeneous reaction faster, higher yield, but the product separation more difficult; heterogeneous reaction product separation easier, but the yield is low, the use of fluorine phase technology, that is, the liquid phase of the fluorine-organic phase System of technology, reagents, catalysts dissolved in one phase, and the product generated in the other phase, which can solve some contradictions. This technique utilizes the property of compounds having a high degree of fluorination groups: they are preferentially dissolved in a fluorine-containing solvent so that the highly fluorinated compound can be extracted from the organic reaction mixture with a fluorine-containing solvent.
