目的探讨及术颗粒对大鼠实验性胃溃疡的作用机制。方法采用冷束缚法及阿司匹林建立大鼠胃溃疡模型;检测溃疡指数、胃液游离酸和总酸浓度以及胃蛋白酶活性;观察及术颗粒体外抑制幽门螺杆菌实验的影响。结果与对照组比较,及术颗粒大、中、小剂量组均能降低溃疡指数,提高溃疡抑制率;抑制大鼠胃液分泌,降低胃游离酸、总酸和胃蛋白酶排出量,及术颗粒剂量与溃疡指数(r=-0.6 841)、胃酸量(r=-0.7 173)之间呈负相关关系;及术颗粒大剂量组具有体外抑制幽门螺杆菌的作用。结论及术颗粒抗胃溃疡的作用机理可能是抑制胃液分泌,降低胃酸和胃蛋白酶排出量及抑制幽门螺杆菌。
Objective To explore the mechanism of Hezhi Granule on experimental gastric ulcer in rats. Methods The gastric ulcer model was established by cold binding and aspirin. The ulcer index, free acid and total acid concentration in gastric juice, and pepsin activity were measured. The effect of hepatic granule in vitro inhibition of Helicobacter pylori was observed. RESULTS Compared with the control group, the large, medium, and small dosages of Shugan Granules all reduced the ulcer index and increased the inhibition rate of ulcers; inhibited the secretion of gastric juice in rats, reduced gastric free acid, total acid and pepsin excretion, and dose of granules. There was a negative correlation between the ulcer index (r=-0.6 841) and the amount of gastric acid (r=-0.7 173); and the large dose group of Shugan granules had the effect of inhibiting Helicobacter pylori in vitro. Conclusions The mechanism of the anti-gastric ulcer treatment by Hewei Granules may be to inhibit the secretion of gastric juice, reduce the excretion of gastric acid and pepsin and inhibit Helicobacter pylori.
