目的观察国产苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗老年轻中度原发性高血压的疗效。方法选择轻中度高血压患者穴EH雪103例。分为试验组62例,对照组41例,试验组服用上海海尼药业有限公司生产的苯磺酸氨氯地平穴兰迪雪片剂,每日1次,每次5～10mg。对照组服用辉瑞制药有限责任公司生产的络活喜片剂,每日1次,每次5～10mg。两组均为晨起服药,疗程8W。结果结果表明试验组与对照组疗效基本相同穴P>0.05雪。两组治疗后1W血压即明显下降穴P<0.05雪,组间差异无显著性穴P>0.05雪。试验组的显效率为81.4%,有效率为14.7%,无效率为3.9%,总有效率为96.1%,对照组分别为80.6%、14.9%、4.5%、95.5%;两组之间在显效率之间无显著差异穴P>0.05雪。治疗8W后试验组24h平均血压下降10.2±7.5/10.3±6.5mmHg,对照组下降9.8±7.9/10.1±6.2mmHg,日间及夜间血压也明显降低穴P<0.01雪,心率无显著变化穴P>0.05雪。试验组SBP的T/P值为65.3%,DBP的T/P值为76.3%;对照组SBP的T/P值为65.7%,DBP的T/P值为75.4%。两组T/P值均大于50%,组间差异不显著穴P>0.05雪。两组均无严重不良反应。结论国产苯磺酸氨氯地平与进口苯磺酸氨氯地平降压效果相同,是轻中度高血压患者理想的降压药物。
Objective To observe the efficacy of domestic amlodipine besylate in the treatment of elderly mild to moderate essential hypertension. Methods 103 cases of mild to moderate hypertension EH snow hole. The effective rate was 81.4%, the effective rate was 14.7%, the inefficiency rate was 3.9% and the total effective rate was 96.1% in the experimental group and 80.6%, 14.9%, 4.5% and 95.5% in the control group, respectively There is no significant difference between the efficiency point P> 0.05 snow. After 8 weeks of treatment, the mean blood pressure decreased by 10.2 ± 7.5 / 10.3 ± 6.5mmHg in the experimental group and 9.8 ± 7.9 / 10.1 ± 6.2mmHg in the control group, and the blood pressure decreased significantly during daytime and nighttime (P <0.01) > 0.05 snow. The T / P value of SBP in test group was 65.3% and the T / P value of DBP was 76.3%. The T / P value of SBP in control group was 65.7% and the T / P value of DBP was 75.4%. T / P values of both groups were more than 50%, no significant difference between groups P> 0.05 snow. No serious adverse reactions in both groups. Conclusion Domestic amlodipine besylate has the same effect as imported amlodipine besylate and is an ideal antihypertensive drug in patients with mild to moderate hypertension.
