目的了解梅州市公共场所集中空调通风系统微生物污染状况,为卫生管理提供依据。方法依据GB/T 18204.5-2013《公共场所卫生检验方法第5部分:集中空调通风系统》和WS 394-2012《公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生规范》,对梅州市公共场所使用的集中空调的通风系统进行卫生检测和评价。结果旅店业、影剧院、商场/超市等46家公共场所共检测48套集中空调,套数合格率18.8%。冷却/冷凝水样品嗜肺军团菌阳性率9.6%(9/94),阳性均为冷却水。送风中细菌总数合格率45.0%(76/169),真菌总数合格率60.4%(102/169);风管内表面细菌总数合格率100.0%,真菌总数合格率95.3%(161/169)。不同公共场所送风中的细菌总数合格率以影剧院最高(76.0%),旅店业最低(31.0%)。结论梅州市公共场所集中空调通风系统的卫生状况总体较差,应定期规范清洗消毒,确保通风系统空气质量。
Objective To understand the status of microbial contamination in central air-conditioning and ventilation systems in public places in Meizhou City, and to provide the basis for health management. Methods According to GB / T 18204.5-2013 Public Health Sanitation Inspection Methods Part 5: Central Air Conditioning and Ventilation System and WS 394-2012 Hygienic Standard for Central Air Conditioning and Ventilation System in Public Places, ventilation of central air-conditioning used in public places in Meizhou System for health testing and evaluation. Results In the hotel industry, theaters, shopping malls / supermarkets and other 46 public places were detected 48 sets of centralized air-conditioning, the number of passing rate of 18.8%. The positive rate of Legionella pneumophila in cooling / condensate samples was 9.6% (9/94), all positive for cooling Legionella. The total number of bacteria in blast air was 45.0% (76/169) and the total number of fungi was 60.4% (102/169). The total number of bacteria in air duct was 100.0% and the total number of fungi was 95.3% (161/169). The total number of bacteria in the air supply in different public places was the highest in theaters (76.0%) and the lowest in the hotel industry (31.0%). Conclusion The sanitary conditions of central air conditioning and ventilation system in public places in Meizhou City are generally poor. Cleaning and disinfection should be regularly regulated to ensure the air quality of the ventilation system.
