测量了CuAl1-xFexO2样品的X射线衍射图、热电性能、符合正电子湮没辐射多谱勒展宽谱和寿命谱。结果表明,在CuAlO2中加入少量的Fe(x≤0.10),样品的正电子湮没辐射多谱勒展宽谱的3d信号增强,正电子S参数、正电子平均寿命和电阻率降低;当Fe含量较高(x>0.10)时,随Fe含量增加,CuAl1-xFexO2样品的正电子湮没辐射多谱勒展宽谱的3d信号降低,正电子S参数、正电子平均寿命和电阻率升高。CuAl1-xFexO2室温Seebeck系数随样品中缺陷浓度升高。讨论了Fe掺杂对CuAlO2微结构和热电性能的影响。
The X-ray diffraction patterns of CuAl1-xFexO2 samples were measured, and the thermoelectric properties were in good agreement with the extended spectrum and lifetime spectrum of positron annihilation radiation Doppler spectra. The results show that the addition of a small amount of Fe (x≤0.10) to CuAlO2 enhances the 3D signal of positron annihilation radiation Doppler spectrum, the positron S-parameter, positron lifetime and resistivity decrease. At high x (x> 0.10), with the increase of Fe content, the 3D signal of extended spectrum of positron annihilation radiation in CuAl1-xFexO2 sample decreases, the positron’s S parameter, positron lifetime and resistivity increase. The Seebeck coefficient of CuAl1-xFexO2 at room temperature increases with the concentration of defects in the sample. The effects of Fe doping on the microstructure and thermoelectric properties of CuAlO2 were discussed.
