The reservoir was evaluated using three porosity logging tools - acoustic, neutron and density tools. Various service companies that provide such logging tools have described the characteristics of these specialized instruments in detail in many publications. Although all porosity logs primarily measure the porosity of the formation, other properties of the formation also affect their measurements.
