随着政府与社会关系的进一步调整以及社区社会管理创新的逐步深化,社区自治已然成为各级政府开展社区社会管理工作的重要载体和基础性工程。本文特着眼社区自治的发展轨迹和历程,通过对其中的核心问题进行分析,进而就如何实现有效的社区自治做了一些思考,以期能为社区自治的进一步发展和完善提供借鉴。
With the further adjustment of the relationship between the government and the society and the gradual deepening of innovation in community social management, community autonomy has become an important carrier and fundamental project for the government at all levels to carry out community social management. This essay focuses on the development path and course of community autonomy and analyzes some of its core issues and then makes some thinking on how to realize effective community autonomy so as to provide reference for the further development and improvement of community autonomy.
