目的观察凋亡抑制蛋白Survivin和突变型基因P53在双侧乳腺癌中的表达,揭示双侧乳腺癌的发生是单一克隆性还是独立克隆性。方法免疫组化Max Vision法检测Survivin和P53两种分子标记物在双侧乳腺癌、单侧乳腺癌中的表达情况。结果双侧乳腺癌中,P53在左右两侧癌灶中表达无差异(P=0.230);单侧乳腺癌与双侧乳癌中的左乳癌灶两组间比较,统计学分析没有差异(P=0.370);单侧乳腺癌和双乳癌的右乳癌灶两组间比较有差异(P=0.045)。Survivin蛋白的表达在双侧乳腺癌左右两侧癌灶两组间无统计学差异(P=0.718),左右两侧癌灶分别与单侧乳腺癌作比较没有差异(P=0.631、0.402);结论 P53基因和Survivin蛋白的表达从分子水平上揭示双侧乳腺癌的发生倾向于单一克隆性;双侧乳腺癌和单侧乳腺癌之间具有不全相同的基因表达。
Objective To investigate the expression of Survivin and P53 in bilateral breast cancer and to reveal whether the occurrence of bilateral breast cancer is single clonality or independent clonality. Methods The immunohistochemistry Max Vision method was used to detect the expression of Survivin and P53 in bilateral breast cancer and unilateral breast cancer. Results There was no difference in the expression of P53 between the left and right foci in bilateral breast cancer (P = 0.230). There was no significant difference between the two groups in unilateral breast cancer and bilateral breast cancer (P = 0.370). There was significant difference between the two groups in right breast cancer of unilateral breast cancer and double breast cancer (P = 0.045). There was no significant difference in the expression of Survivin between the two groups (P = 0.718). There was no difference between the two groups (P = 0.631, 0.402). Conclusion The expression of P53 gene and Survivin protein revealed that the occurrence of bilateral breast cancer tended to be single clonality at the molecular level. The same gene expression was not found between the bilateral breast cancer and the unilateral breast cancer.
