前言所谓加速冷却,是将热轧后的厚钢板,立即进行水冷,通过控制相变组织来提高机械性能的技术,是一种同控制轧制相同的形变热处理方法。加速冷却有如下两个特点:1)因为,用水冷却钢板能够提高其强度,所以,为了得到同样强度,添加少量合金元素就可以达到目的;2)因此,可以降低碳当量,提高焊接性能。另外,通过加速冷却和控制轧制相结合,保持了控制轧制所得到的韧性,大幅度提高了钢板的强度。因此,能够制造出用原来方法难以制成的、具有低温韧性和良好焊接性能的高强度钢板。
Preface The so-called accelerated cooling is a technique of improving the mechanical properties by controlling the phase-change microstructure of a hot-rolled steel plate immediately after it is cooled. It is a form of heat treatment that is the same as controlled rolling. There are two characteristics of accelerated cooling: 1) Because water-cooled steel plate can increase its strength, so in order to obtain the same strength, adding a small amount of alloying elements can be achieved; 2) Therefore, carbon equivalent can be reduced and welding performance can be improved. In addition, through the combination of accelerated cooling and controlled rolling, the toughness obtained by controlled rolling is maintained and the strength of the steel sheet is greatly improved. Therefore, it is possible to manufacture a high-strength steel sheet having low-temperature toughness and good weldability, which is difficult to produce by the original method.
