制冷军用夜视器件目前有三种方法。闭合循环机械制冷器是在能够容许一定重量和功率的场合下使用。现在有三种闭合循环制冷器正用于军用系统。温差电制冷器主要用于手持系统。由于这种制冷器没有运动部件,因而无噪音。这种制冷方法有助于最大限度地减轻制冷器的重量、缩小体积、降低成本,但缺点是制冷温度只能达到200K左右。焦一汤节流制冷器在80K温度条件下使用。它为制冷到80K温度提供了重量轻、无振动的冷却方法,但是存在着严重的后勤供给问题。这些制冷方法的分析计算将在本文中加以叙述。除低温制冷器的设计和制造问题外,制冷器与杜瓦瓶的配合也是关键问题。本文对几种配合联接方法要进行讨论,同时对大大减小由机械制冷器引起聚焦平面振动的新方法也要作介绍。
There are currently three methods for cooling military night vision devices. Closed cycle mechanical refrigerator is able to allow a certain weight and power applications. There are now three closed-loop refrigerators that are being used in military systems. Thermoelectric cooler is mainly used for handheld systems. Since this cooler has no moving parts, there is no noise. This cooling method helps to minimize the weight of the refrigerator, reduce size and reduce costs, but the disadvantage is that the cooling temperature can only reach about 200K. Coke a soup throttling cooler at 80K temperature conditions. It provides a lightweight, vibration-free cooling method for cooling to 80K, but there is a serious logistical problem. The analytical calculation of these refrigeration methods will be described in this article. In addition to the design and manufacture of cryogenic chillers, the cooperation of chillers and dewars is also a key issue. This article discusses several methods of mating and coupling, as well as introduces new ways to greatly reduce the focal plane vibration induced by mechanical chillers.
