铵盐沉钒已是国外生产高品位V_2O_5的先进工艺流程。本文阐述了峨眉铁合金厂在小型试验的基础上,对现有传统的提钒设备稍加改造,加CaCl_2除磷净化,用硫酸铵沉钒,工业产品质量高(V_2O_5>98%)、沉钒速度快、成本低、产品用途广、操作工艺简便等一系列优点。钒转化率93~95%,沉钒率>98.5 %,钒总回收率78.5%以上,为我国丰富的钒资源进入国内外市场开辟了广阔前景。

This article elaborated on the basis of small-scale experiments, Emei ferroalloy plant on the existing traditional vanadium equipment slightly modified, plus CaCl 2 dephosphorization purify ammonium sulfate vanadium, high quality industrial products (V 2 O 5> 98%), Vanadium precipitation Speed, low cost, wide range of products, easy operation and a series of advantages. Vanadium conversion rate of 93 ~ 95%, vanadium precipitation rate> 98.5%, the total recovery of vanadium 78.5% or more, for our rich resources of vanadium into the domestic and foreign markets opened up a broad prospect.
