研究新红4号、新红7号、云红2号3种红花的抑菌作用。分别采用水提法和醇取法提取红花有效成分,以大肠杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、八叠球菌、铜绿假单胞菌为供试菌,利用滤纸片扩散法测定3种红花的水提物和醇提物的抑菌作用,并用2倍稀释法测定最小抑菌浓度(MIC)。醇提物中云红2号醇提物对铜绿假单胞菌的抑制作用较明显、MIC为62.5 mg/m L;水提物中新红4号水提物对5种菌的抑制作用都很明显、其对大肠杆菌的MIC为62.5 mg/m L,新红7号水提物对除金黄色葡萄球菌之外的4种菌有很好的抑制作用、其对大肠杆菌的MIC为125mg/m L。
The antibacterial activities of three kinds of safflower, Xinhong 4, Xinhong 7 and Yunhong 2 were studied. The effective constituents of safflower were extracted by water extraction and alcohol extraction. Escherichia coli, Bacillus subtilis, Staphylococcus aureus, Sarcina spp. And Pseudomonas aeruginosa were used as tested bacteria respectively. Antibacterial activity of water extracts and alcohol extracts of flowers, and determination of minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) by 2-fold dilution. Alcohol extract Zhongyunhong 2 alcohol extract on Pseudomonas aeruginosa inhibition was more obvious, MIC was 62.5 mg / m L; water extract Zhonghong 3 aqueous extract of five kinds of bacteria are inhibited Obviously, the MIC of Escherichia coli was 62.5 mg / mL. The water extract of Xinhong 7 had a good inhibitory effect on four kinds of bacteria except Staphylococcus aureus, and its MIC for Escherichia coli was 125mg / m L.
