滚筒末端齿座的磨损是引起滚筒失效的主要原因,弄清滚筒末端齿座磨损的原因有利于采取相应措施延长滚筒寿命。通过三维建模和对CAXA软件的二次开发,实现了三维投影图在MATLAB平台的复现,在切削图的基础上实现了截槽形状的模拟,完成了滚筒齿座与煤壁干涉的模拟。研究表明,滚筒末端齿座的磨损是由于齿座截割煤壁引起的。该结果为改进滚筒的截齿排列,延长滚筒的使用寿命打下了基础。

Studies have shown that the wear of the tooth end of the drum is caused by the cutting of the coal wall by the tooth seat. This result has laid the foundation for improving the pick arrangement of the drum and prolonging the service life of the drum.
