以金银花为试材,测定了三峡库区不同地方金银花千蕾重和含水量,并采用高效液相色谱测定各试验地金银花中绿原酸和木犀草苷的含量,比较分析了山东平邑金银花引种到重庆三峡库区后的品质和产量。结果表明:引种后的金银花有效成分含量符合药典标准,产量和品质较原产地有所提高;山东金银花适合在重庆三峡库区种植,可作为优质金银花资源在重庆三峡库区引种并开发利用。
Taking honeysuckle as test material, the thunb honeysuckle weight and water content in different parts of the Three Gorges Reservoir Area were determined. The contents of chlorogenic acid and luteolin in honeysuckle were determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) After the introduction of the Three Gorges reservoir area of Chongqing quality and output. The results showed that the content of the active ingredients of honeysuckle after introduction was in accordance with Pharmacopoeia standards and the yield and quality of the honeysuckle rose more than that of the origin. Shandong honeysuckle was suitable for planting in the Three Gorges reservoir area in Chongqing and could be introduced and developed as a good resource of honeysuckle in Chongqing Three Gorges Reservoir Area.
