针对无线传感器网络的能耗问题,提出了基于自适应调制和功率控制的节能方案。首先,描述自适应调制无功率控制方案(AM无PC),使用简单封闭形式近似M-QAM加性高斯白噪声(AWGN)信道的误码率(BER)函数。然后,提出了一种简单的自适应调制与功率控制方案(AM与PC2),以延长WSN的网络寿命,接收的信噪比在两个相邻的切换阈值内增加,降低了传输功率以实现节能。最后,通过数值计算表明,提出的方案可减少更多的平均传输功率,并保持目标BER。仿真结果表明,相比其他几种较新的方案,提出的方案实现了更高的数据包投递率和更好的网络可靠性,并延长了网络寿命。
Aiming at the problem of energy consumption in wireless sensor networks, an energy saving scheme based on adaptive modulation and power control is proposed. First, the Adaptive Modulation Without Power Control scheme (AM without PC) is described, using a simple closed form approximation to the Bit Error Rate (BER) function of an M-QAM additive white Gaussian noise (AWGN) channel. Then, a simple adaptive modulation and power control scheme (AM and PC2) is proposed to prolong the network lifetime of WSN. The received signal-to-noise ratio increases within two adjacent switching thresholds and the transmission power is reduced to achieve Energy saving. Finally, numerical calculations show that the proposed scheme can reduce more average transmission power and maintain the target BER. The simulation results show that the proposed scheme achieves higher packet delivery rate and better network reliability and prolongs the network lifetime compared to several other newer schemes.
