我院于今年12月在北京召开新闻发布会,正式宣布我院自主创新,采用胰岛细胞移植新方法成功治愈糖尿病危重患者,在治疗糖尿病技术上取得重大突破。2000年加拿大科学家首次报道,成人胰岛细胞移植治疗Ⅰ型糖尿病获得成功。2003年1月我院谭建明教授带领课题组,成功地进行了亚洲首例成人胰岛细胞肝内移植手术,截至2006年7月,累计完成7例成人胰岛细胞肝内移植和肾——成人胰岛细胞联合移植。 Our hospital held a press conference in Beijing in December this year, officially announced our hospital independent innovation, successful treatment of critically ill patients with diabetes by a new method of islet cell transplantation, made a major breakthrough in the treatment of diabetes technology. First Canadian scientists reported in 2000, adult islet cell transplantation for the treatment of type 1 diabetes was successful. In January 2003, Professor Tan Jianming from our institute led the research group and successfully performed the first intra-liver transplantation of adult islet cells in Asia. As of July 2006, a total of 7 adult islets of the liver were transplanted into the liver and the kidney-adult islets Cell transplantation.
