Radionuclide scans, B-mode ultrasound imaging (abbreviated as B ultrasound), and alpha-fetoprotein assay (AFP) are three non-invasive methods that are commonly used in clinical diagnosis of primary liver cancer and are more popular. This article analyzes and compares 44 cases of primary hepatocellular carcinoma that have also been used for the above-mentioned three kinds of tests, in order to discuss the interaction of the three in the diagnosis of primary liver cancer. Data and Methods There were 40 males and 4 females in this group, aged 12 to 74 years, with an average of 47.2 years. During the same period, radionuclide liver scans, B-mode ultrasound liver imaging, and alpha-fetoprotein radioimmunoassay were performed, and after clinical, blood biochemical and pathological examinations,
