采用数值模拟方法研究了等离子喷涂金属和陶瓷颗粒的熔化过程以及熔化状态颗粒在基体表面 (光滑、粗糙 )上的冲击平化变形过程。研究结果给出了保证金属 -陶瓷涂层质量的喷涂距离的确定方法以及金属与陶瓷颗粒在基体表面上的冲击平化变形量。
The melting process of plasma-sprayed metal and ceramic particles and the impact-smoothing deformation process of the melted particles on the substrate surface (smooth, rough) were studied by numerical simulation. The results show the method of determining the spray distance to ensure the quality of the metal-ceramic coating and the impact-deflection deformation of the metal and ceramic particles on the substrate surface.
