学校课余训练的改革,从宏观上来讲我感到有三个层次的问题。首先要进行最高层次——即领导体制的改革.学校课余训练是学校体育的一种重要组织形式,是一个促使学生运动员身心全面发展的教育过程,必须实现教育目标的要求,因此,应当接受教育部门的领导.同时,学校课余训练又是竞技体育的基础,是培养优秀体育后备人才的重要途径,横向与体育部门有密切联系,因此,在业务上要接受体育部门的管理和指导。由此可见学校课余训练是教育和体育的一个结合部,接受着教育和体育部门的双重领导.为此,改革中要考虑在这个结合部中如何发挥教育部门和体育 School after-school training reform, from a macro point of view, I feel there are three levels of problems.
