在学习实践企业“十二五”发展规划及科学发展观的大潮下,积极探索女职工工作的新方法和新途径,提升女职工工作水平,是推动企业发展,实现企业“大而强、富而美”宏伟目标的重要任务之一。本文结合“十二五”发展规划及科学发展观,以我所实习的泰安交通运输集团有限公司肥城一汽服务站财务、机务及配件等几个部门女职工工作为个案展开论述。
Under the tide of studying and practicing the enterprise’s “Twelve Five Years” development plan and the concept of scientific development, actively exploring new methods and approaches for the work of female employees and upgrading the work level of female employees is to promote the development of the enterprise and realize the enterprise “big and Strong, Rich and Beautiful ”One of the important tasks of the magnificent goal. This article combines the “Twelve Five Years” development plan and the scientific concept of development, and discusses the work of female employees in several departments including finance, mechanics and accessories of Feicheng FAW Service Station of Taian Transportation Group Co., Ltd. as an internship.
