本文报告常山县1999年度食品行业从业人员与非食品行业从业人员HBV感染情况,并比较其血清HBsAg阳性率差异具有非常显著性(X~2=17.19,P<0.01),现报告如下。1 对象及方法1.1 调查对象 1999年度常山县从事食品行业从业人员3 642人,非从事食品行业人员(工厂、机关、事业单位)1539人。1.2 实验方法 受检者上臂静脉采血2.0~2.5 ml,分离血清,用ELISA法检测HBsAg。实验试剂均由上海科华生物技术有限
