Ca4 GdO(BO3 ) 3 (GdCOB)是一种新型的自倍频晶体。利用氙灯作泵浦源 ,对单掺的Nd∶GdCOB和双掺的Cr∶Nd∶GdCOB两种自倍频晶体实现了 1 0 6 1nm~ 530 .5nm自由运转的自倍频转换。单掺和双掺晶体的泵浦阈值能量分别为 1 0J和 0 92J ,自倍频光的最大输出能量分别为 1 96mJ和 2 4 6mJ。利用脉冲染料激光作泵浦源 ,对Nd∶GdCOB晶体获得了 1 331nm基频光和 6 55nm自倍频红光运转 ,并获得了 530 .5nm自倍频绿光输出。
Ca4 GdO (BO3) 3 (GdCOB) is a novel self-doubling frequency crystal. Using xenon lamp as pump source, self-doubling conversion of free-running of 1 0 6 1nm-530. 5nm was achieved for two kinds of self-doubling crystals doped with Nd:GdCOB and double-doped Cr:Nd:GdCOB. The pumping threshold energies of single doped and double doped crystals are 1 0J and 0 92J respectively, and the maximum output energies of self-doubling light are 1 96mJ and 2 46mJ, respectively. The pulsed dye laser was used as the pump source, and the Nd: GdCOB crystal was obtained with 1 331 nm fundamental frequency and 6 55 nm auto-doubling red light operation, and 530.5 nm self-doubling green light output was obtained.
