目的找出香椿治疗糖尿病的机理与微量元素之间的关系。方法原子吸收分光光度法。结果香椿中锌、钙、铁的含量较高,铜/锌比值较低。结论香椿中较高的锌、钙元素含量和较低的铜/锌比值可能与其治疗糖尿病的机理有关。
Objective To find out the relationship between the mechanism of toxins and trace elements in the treatment of diabetes mellitus. Method of atomic absorption spectrophotometry. Results Toona sinensis zinc, calcium, iron content is higher, lower copper / zinc ratio. Conclusion The higher zinc and calcium contents and the lower copper / zinc ratio in Toona sinensis may be related to the mechanism of diabetes mellitus.
