目的观察静脉血营养神经移植效果。方法选用中国本兔56只,利用前肢正中神经进行实验。实验组:静脉血营养神经移植(30肢);对照组:带动静脉神经移植(30肢),动脉化神经移植(26肢),游离神经移植(26肢)。上述各组均于肘上相同部位切取正中神经2cm,移植术后3个月进行电生理检查、组织学检查等。结果静脉血营养神经组神经传导速度、有髓神经纤维再生率等项指标接近带动静脉组及动脉化神经移植组,明显优于游离神经组(P<0.01)。临床应用统计上肢神经缺损15例,神经缺损8~14cm,经2年以上随访,伸指伸腕、屈指屈腕肌力3~4级,手内在肌力恢复2~3级,个别3~4级,指掌面两点辨别觉平均1.3~1.4mm。结论静脉血营养神经移植是一种效果较优良的带血管神经移植法。
Objective To observe the effect of venous blood nutrient nerve transplantation. Methods Fifty-six Chinese rabbits were selected and the forelimb median nerve was used for experiments. The experimental group: Nerve graft (30 limbs); Control group: Arterial nerve graft (30 limbs), arterialized nerve graft (26 limbs) and free nerve graft (26 limbs). The above groups were cut in the same site on the elbow 2cm median nerve, 3 months after transplantation for electrophysiological examination, histological examination. Results Nerve conduction velocity and regeneration rate of myelinated nerve fibers in venous blood neurasthenic group were close to those in the venous artery and arterialized nerve grafts, which were significantly better than those in the free nerve group (P <0.01). Clinical application of upper limb nerve defect in 15 cases, nerve defects 8 ~ 14cm, after 2 years of follow-up, extensor extensor wrist, flexor flexor wrist strength 3 to 4, hand muscle strength recovery 2 to 3, individual 3 to 4 Level, refers to the palm of your hand two points to identify the average 1.3 ~ 1.4mm. Conclusion Vein Nerve Graft is a better vascular grafting method.
