被称为“史上最严”的食品安全地方法规——《上海市食品安全条例》,3月20日起正式实施。据悉,《条例》按照新修订的《食品安全法》以及中央关于食品安全“四个最严”的要求,从原来的六章扩展为八章,增加了“食品安全风险监测、评估和食品安全标准”和“食品安全事故预防与处置”两章。《条例》还补充细化了市场准入的一般规定、生产经营者的主体责任、食用农产品监管、网络食品经营要求等内容。
