笔者对325例风心病在房内径的大小进行了超声心动图观察,分析于下: (一)方法:采用日本AIOKA SSD—720型二维超声心动图仪,超声频率3MHz,扫描角度80度。患者于安静状态下取平卧或左侧卧位进行超声心动图检查,控头一般置于胸骨左缘第三或四肋间,取左室长轴切面,以主动脉根部定标线,显示相应M型波群,心电图与超声心动图同步描记,测量收缩末期(相当于心电图上T波末)主动脉根部后壁下缘与左房后壁前缘之间的最大垂直距离,即为左房内径,数值由仪器自动显示。一、观察对象:全部病例来自本院1984年6月~1985年12月门诊及住院病人,经临床和超声
