拟薄水铝石作为一种重要的石化催化剂的原料,如何有效去除其产品中所含的杂质氧化钠成为生产中亟待解决的问题。本文通过理论分析结合实验室的小试情况,进行了工业化扩大试验,最终取得了生产所需要的数据,选择了适合生产的自动化设备,并且找到可以工业化生产的工艺控制条件。
As an important raw material of petrochemical catalyst, how to effectively remove the impurity sodium oxide contained in its products has become an urgent problem to be solved in production. In this paper, through the theoretical analysis combined with the laboratory’s small test situation, the industrialized expansion test was carried out. Finally, the data needed for the production were obtained, the suitable automation equipment for the production was selected, and the process control conditions for the industrialized production were found out.
