针对电工圆铝杆生产中连铸结晶轮在恶劣的工作环境下经常出现变形、裂纹和疲劳损坏,导致铸锭不合格的问题,以实验数据为基础,应用有限元方法模拟连铸过程中结晶轮的温度-应力场,耦合分析了均匀冷却和分段冷却两种工艺制度下结晶轮传热-应力场,从热应力方面总结了结晶轮的失效原因,提出了提高其使用寿命的有效方法。
In order to solve the problem of unqualified ingot casting, the continuous casting crystallizing wheel in the production of round aluminum rod is often deformed, cracked and fatigue damaged under the bad working conditions. Based on the experimental data, the finite element method is used to simulate the crystallization during the continuous casting The temperature-stress field of the wheel is coupled to analyze the heat transfer and stress field of the crystallization wheel under both uniform and sub-cooling regimes. The causes of the failure of the crystallization wheel are summed up from the thermal stress, and an effective method to increase the service life of the crystallization wheel is proposed .
